So far so good. I was nervous about taking them as I had experienced a bad trip years ago with a normal dose of psilocybin. But these were fine, non-psychoactive as mentioned. At the beginning I did notice a bit of giddiness similar to a mild weed high but now that I’m 2 weeks in I don’t notice at all and can take while working with no issues. I also experienced intence headaches but not sure if that was product related or caffiene withdrawal as i was cutting that out at the same time.

I really liked this product but they added Niacin to it and unfortunately for me it is too intense on my system. I think a lot of people will like the added Niacin and benefit from it however. They have a formula called Essential that does not have anything added and that one is my favourite now. I really like this brand.

The product was absolute shit. The only effect I got from this product was severe diarrhea and gut rot and nothing else. I don’t usually leave reviews but one of the unexpected side effects of this product is that my partner has not had to use his inhaler for asthma since he started microdosing three weeks ago. It was almost instant. To go from 3-4 puffs a day to zero has been incredible. We recently got a surge in smoke pollution in our area from the fires in Washington and Oregon and he still hasnt had to use his rx medication. We are so impressed. We did not even know psilocybin was useful for this. I have also noticed that my mood and energy has been elevated along with a general deep sense of gratitude. The niacin flush is an issue for me but taking a histamine exactly 30 minutes prior to the dose on a full stomach has resulted in much milder and manageable symptoms. FIVE stars for sure from us. My wife and I bought these the help with some mental challenges she was having and unfortunately she had an allergic reaction to them. So I tried them and had the same reaction. Upon talking to customer service, we were told that it was most likely a ‘Niacin flush’ but the reaction was uncomfortable enough that we didn’t want to continue taking them. This is just my personal experience. Every BODY is different. I was excited to use this product because I suffer from chronic anxiety, sleep disturbances and bipolar type II. I refuse to take any medication for my conditions because I don’t want stuff my body with chemicals and pharmaceuticals. I’ve tried magic mushrooms before and had an amazing full trip, it was a life changing experience which made me believe in the power of mushrooms in (potentially) healing or easing some disorders whether mental of physical and on the plus side it’s from mother nature. I’m also a researcher and even when I’m feeling okay my mental capacity wasn’t and it has been really hard to get work done so I was excited about the cognitive product. Unfortunately, just a single pill exacerbated (or triggered) a manic episode and disrupted my sleep after having worked so hard for several months to finally stabilize my sleep cycle. I wasn’t getting perfect sleep but at least I would sleep through the night. Now, I can’t fall asleep for long, I keep waking up through the night, and even when I fall back asleep I’m half awake or I wake-up and go back into surface light sleep of what feels like 50 times through the night. I’m now scared to give it another try of this product or even other products 🙁 🙁 🙁

Microdosing doesn’t effect you right away, but after a few weeks of taking one of these every morning I definitely feel a general improvement in my mood and mental sharpness. I’ve read lots about the benefits of microdosing from the tech community and it is all true. It’s not as dramatic as one might think but I definitely feel a boost of creativity and clear-mindedness.
