Terrible, I was under the impression that the capsule contained 1 gram of mushrooms, my friends and I took 3 each and nothing happened, this is the second time this year, so it’s not like we has any immunity to it..
I wouldn’t recommend this to even the people that are macrodosing ..won’t do this again..
