As a light weight user it only takes 1/2 a gummy to get a slight buzz. I liken it to having one rye and coke after a meal.
Nice for mid afternoon. Taking to close to bedtime may not let you sleep. Have not taken more than one whole worm at a time. Just right for this oldtimer (64). This low dosage product is just right for me as i am not looking for a sensation filled high on mushrooms as they tend to make me nauseous.
