These are just right. My husband has been microdosing every 3rd week since his MS diagnosis, to help with relaxation, and anxiety. A seriously incredible product. It’s like night and day for me. I’m a highly anxious person and have been microdosing while in school to help calm my anxiety. This is my second brand I’ve tried and so far my favourite product out of the two. Reduces my anxiety and all of my pent up muscle tension that comes with it. I can focus much better in school thanks to these and would highly recommend. Make sure to use them as prescribed, one every 2-3 days so that you don’t build a tolerance.
